This role is responsible for overseeing the development, administration, and monitoring of federally funded programs and projects being implemented.  The primary responsibility will be to ensure that programs are eligible under local, state and federal regulations, adhere to the outlined program guidelines and procedures, and maintain proper documentation to support all eligible expenses incurred by the state agency.
