Job Description The Sustainability, Health & Safety (SHS) Program Manager has accountability to support continuous improvement of the Sustainability, Health & Safety (SHS) program performance by ensuring program implementation, adherence, and evaluation. This position supports operations leadership through consulting, coaching, and mentoring to ensure program implementation in alignment with strategic performance targets as directed by their manager. The salary for this role will range between $110,000 to $130,000 based on education and/or experience. What You'll Be Doing: Develops and executes a 1-year business plan ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategic plan and immediate manager's business plan.
