Job Description: The Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist reports to Site HSE Manager and is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of the HSE management system. The HSE Specialist plays an essential role in this management system through hands-on execution of the Regional and Global HSE Standards, while fostering a positive HSE culture, driving associate involvement, and delivering improvements in compliance and risk reduction year over year. This position is the direct interface between associate HSE activities and management teams. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree (or higher) preferred.
