Job Overview The Food Safety and Quality Assurance Supervisor is the primary back-up to the FSQA Manager and will directly supervise and coordinate the activities within the lab to ensure the quality of product is consistent with Company expectations and customer requirements. Job Responsibilities Support the FSQA department in the efforts to ensure raw materials and packaged products meet GLC and customer specifications Develop, implement, review and maintain programs that support food safety fundamentals in cooperation with plant FSQA Manager Facilitate the effective implementation and maintenance of quality audit programs including SQF, Identity preserved and customer specific audits.
