Position Overview LN Engineering is seeking an experienced *CNC Machine Shop Lead* to help oversee the day-to-day operation of our machine shop. This is a hands-on *working foreman* position for someone who is equally comfortable setting up CNC equipment, troubleshooting machining issues, inspecting parts, and leading and supporting other machinists. The Machine Shop Lead will coordinate daily production activities, perform and verify CNC setups, assist operators with technical issues, and help ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. *Quality is our number one priority.* LN Engineering operates under an ISO 9001 quality management system, and the Machine Shop Lead will have the authority to stop production when a quality concern is identified.
