Ready to be part of something special? Join our Family! Provides the necessary maintenance support for the facilities, packaging equipment, power, and refrigeration at the Ankeny, Iowa plant. This position supervises the overnight shift, approximately 11:00 pm - 7:30 am. Essential Duties : Supervise maintenance and capital projects at the Ankeny Plant. Staff, schedule the maintenance department as appropriate, and ensure its effectiveness through training. Maintain a positive labor relations environment with subordinate personnel. Analyze production processes and methods. Recommend and implement changes and new programs that improve costs. Provide monthly summaries to the management of maintenance performance and capital project updates. Maintain a cost-effective preventive maintenance program.
