Job Description We are seeking an experienced General Accounting Manager to lead the accounting operations and ensure the integrity of financial reporting for the growing $450M+ Warfighter Systems division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day general accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and leading a team of accountants. This role will report directly to the Warfighter Systems Controller in Roanoke, VA. Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversee daily operations of the local Accounting department, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Reconciliations. Lead local Finance Closing (month-end, quarterly, year-end) processes. Prepare and review journal entries as required. Support closing documentation and approvals.
