The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: · Active member of the Hawaii State Bar in good standing · 3 to 7 years’ experience drafting civil pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses · Construction defect and class action experience is a plus. · Strong legal research and writing skills. · Experience working closely and effectively with expert witnesses. · Ability to undertake responsibility for files with partner oversight.
