Flexible Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Audubon, PA The Markets Automation and Quality Assurance team works with the core objective of improving tariff compliance, market process automation and development of standardized processes and templates to support market implementations. The primary function of this role is to coordinate and support quality improvement activities to ensure PJM adheres to requirements in its governing documents and other FERC filed rules and regulations and that its business processes reflect this adherence. This role will require conducting cross-document traceability analysis to ensure requirements and market rules are consistently represented across governing documents, PJM manuals, policies, procedures, system specifications, and stakeholder communications.
