Position Title: NERC Compliance Program Mgr - Generation Location: Davenport, IA, United States Description: The NERC compliance program manager - generation performs tasks and assignments necessary to achieve and promote compliance with all mandatory North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) reliability standards on the bulk electric system with focus on thermal, fluid, and renewable generation. Plans and leads cross-functional coordination between information technology, electric delivery, thermal and fluid generation, renewable generation, procurement and other company functions to achieve and maintain compliance. Suggests corrections and procedures to strengthen compliance in these areas. Coordinates MidAmerican Energy Company activities to verify compliance requirements are performed timely and documented.
