Position Summary
The Human Resources & Labor Compliance Specialist supports Pike Electric by helping ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. You will assist with immigration processes, labor compliance, employee benefits administration, insurance programs, workers' compensation, and risk‑related initiatives. Working collaboratively with HR and business leaders, you will help promote compliance, mitigate risk, and support a well‑managed and legally sound workforce. This is an on-site position based out of one of our Pike Electric office locations.
Essential Functions:
Support employment‑based immigration processes, including coordinating documentation and timelines.
Assist with Form I‑9 compliance and E‑Verify administration to help ensure accurate and timely completion.
Partner with external immigration counsel by gathering information and supporting petition preparation and filings....
