Junior Closeout Specialist The Jr Closeout Specialist supports HHS and reports to the Program Manager. This position is Remote. The Contract Closeout Specialist is responsible for administering and executing the closeout of federal contracts, task orders, and purchase orders in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and HHS acquisition policies.
