Heritage Bank currently has an exciting opportunity within our organization! Our Risk and Compliance team is seeking an operational risk analyst to join the team. This position is responsible for supporting the Operational Risk Management (ORM) framework under the Enterprise Risk Framework (ERM), and will contribute to the development and ongoing support of the bank's risk management programs, in accordance with the bank's strategic direction, risk appetite, and all regulatory guidelines and industry standards. This position is full time and fully on-site at the Southern Operations Center in Tacoma, WA. Typical schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
