The Director of Enterprise Risk Communications & Learning serves as the strategic liaison between Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, ensuring enterprise risk initiatives are effectively translated into operational practice. This role develops enterprise-wide learning strategies, operational communications, change management initiatives, and leadership education that strengthen patient safety, reduce organizational liability, and improve operational consistency. The Director partners closely with Executive Leadership, Legal, Clinical Operations, Human Resources, and Compliance to transform complex legal, regulatory, and risk management requirements into practical tools, training, and operational guidance.
