Multifamily Compliance Specialist JOB SUMMARY: The Multifamily Compliance Specialist ensures regulatory compliance across properties participating in affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, HOME, HUD, Section 8, and County Affordable initiatives. This role collaborates with Regional Managers, the Operations Team, and the Compliance Department to ensure policies are followed, and property-level compliance is maintained.
