SUMMARY : Assists in ensuring Carter Bank adheres to all applicable state and federal regulations and compliance requirements with focus on consumer lending operations. This position will also assist in developing, implementing, monitoring, and training to ensure that the associates, products and services, and processes used at the bank are effective in order to adhere to compliance requirements by state and federal regulations for financial institutions.
