The Corporate & Compliance Paralegal will assist in all legal affairs, including: corporate governance; compliance & ethics; SEC/NYSE reporting and compliance; acquisitions, divestitures, debt/equity financing and other strategic transactions; contract management; FDA/USDA regulatory compliance; labor and employment; litigation management; and investor relations. Responsibilities: Support the corporate governance function, including assistance with the preparation, distribution and maintenance of board materials and minute books for B&G Foods and its subsidiaries. Assist with the preparation of annual meeting materials, including the proxy statement. Create first drafts of form agreements and other documents for review by supervising attorneys.
