Job Summary Medline is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Paralegal with a primary focus on corporate securities compliance, corporate governance, and public company reporting obligations to join our Legal department. The Senior Paralegal will be part of the Corporate Secretarial team, working closely with the Compensation, Investor Relations, Accounting, and Finance teams and playing a critical role in the Company’s compliance with Securities laws, Nasdaq listing requirements, and Medline’s governance policies. Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Section 16 compliance, including maintaining Edgar codes, tracking director and officer stock holdings, preparing and filing Forms 3, 4, and 5 through Workiva, and coordinating with compensation and equity teams to ensure accurate disclosure.
