The Heidari Law Group, PC, is looking for an experienced Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join our Los Angeles office. As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will oversee the firm's pre-litigation case portfolio and work closely with case managers to ensure that each case is being handled and worked up appropriately. This includes, investigation , sign up, gathering necessary documents and evidence as well as any other relevant information, opening up claims with own and opposing insurance companies, assisting with treatment, scheduling meetings to go over each case, and negotiating a settlement offer.
