Position Summary: Stockroom and Receiving working supervisor in the stockroom (not a desk role). Owns inventory accuracy and end-to-end material flow in a backflush manufacturing environment. Ensures that the physical inventory in the building matches the digital inventory in the ERP (SyteLine) by governing backflush consumption, leading cycle counts/reconciliations, and standardizing movements from Receiving to Put Away to Kitting/Picking. Leads a team of stockroom clerks and Receiving staff; partners closely with Planning, Buyers, Production, QA, Engineering, Finance, and EHS. Includes ownership of the Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) safety program and acting as the employer-authorized PIT trainer/evaluator per 29 CFR 1910.178(l), including recordkeeping, refresher/re-evaluation after incidents, and attachment-specific training.
