The Sales Incentive Compensation Analyst is responsible for the design and analysis of all sales incentive plans for Equifax businesses. These businesses are of 'high' complexity and volume/size. This position will also assist with building reports, dashboards and training material as needed to help with compensation planning. This position requires strong analytical skills, a high degree of accuracy, and excellent cross-functional collaboration What you'll do: Analysis and Reporting Performance Monitoring: Help build reports and dashboards (in either Xactly or Tableau) on sales performance, compensation metrics, attainment rates, and payout trends for sales leadership and executive leadership team.
