JOB DESCRIPTION As a Senior Solution Architect on our Major Accounts and Specialty team, you'll be right at the heart of Chubb's digital underwriting transformation, helping reshape how risks are quoted, bound, and serviced across the portfolio. You'll lead the move away from manual, document-heavy workflows and toward smarter straight-through processing (STP) that makes things easier for both underwriters and brokers. Working closely with global teams, you'll help design and build these platforms, while staying aligned with engineers at the code and detailed design level to make sure the solution is delivered exactly as intended.
