BASIC FUNCTION The Commercial Loan Processor & Servicer is responsible for management of the operational details related to processing, closing, funding, and servicing of all types of commercial loans in coordination with commercial lenders.  MAJOR ACTIVITIES 1) Work collaboratively with commercial lenders to manage the commercial loan closing process for new, renewed, and modified loans to ensure accuracy that all closing requirements are met as directed in the loan approval, clearing loan to close, and meeting committed closing dates.
