SUMMARY : The SBA Credit Executive is a senior leadership role responsible for setting and maintaining credit standards, overseeing underwriting quality, and ensuring full SBA program compliance across the lending portfolio. This role will work closely with the SBA Lending Director and executive credit leadership to build a credit culture that is both disciplined and deal-forward, understanding the nuances of SBA collateral and eligibility requirements in a way that enables the production team to move efficiently.
