JOB DESCRIPTION The Sr. Director of Project Development supports the interface between the Finance and Commercial teams to help facilitate the project-level financing, capital markets engagement, and commercial-contract integration to enable successful capital project financing objectives. This role owns project-level reporting, budgeting and forecasting for construction and development, prepares investor- and board - level materials, supports project financing processes, and translates commercial and contractual terms into financing inputs. This role serves as the conduit between the projects team and the Capital Formation/Finance teams as necessary.
