JOB DESCRIPTION The Coverage/Claim Director in the Coverage and Complex Claim Department will have responsibility for management of an inventory of casualty claims with complex coverage issues, Long Tail Exposure (LTE) claims which are claims occurring over multiple policy periods and/or class action litigation.
