General Purpose We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Financial PointClickCare Configuration and Support professionals to join our team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive support to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes. The ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of Long Term Care billing, LTC/Insurance Contract comprehension, 3+ years of PCC Financial software experience and demonstrate excellent analytical skills, enabling them to assist in various financial tasks while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Essential Duties PointClickCare Financial Configuration tasks, not limited to setting up new Contracts, updating Rates, Claim testing, PCC error investigation and resolution.
