JOB DESCRIPTION The Small & Lower Midmarket ("SLM") Region Lead is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving core underwriting activities and production processes across a designated U.S. region through a team of 8 to 12 matrixed new business underwriters. Because this team has no renewal or mid-term servicing responsibilities, the ability to lead an effective new business revenue generation process is essential. This position reports to the SLM Segment Lead - West and has a matrixed reporting relationship to the Commercial Insurance (CI) Regional Lead.
