JOB DESCRIPTION The Head of COG Reinsurance Services leads the Billing and Settlements towers within COG Reinsurance Operations, reporting to the SVP, COG Reinsurance Operations & Transformation. This role manages is accountable for end-to-end billing and collections performance across the Global Treaty reinsurance portfolio. The ideal candidate is an experienced reinsurance operations leader who can manage through others and drive consistent standards across two operational teams. Responsibilities Tower Leadership & People Management: Directly manage the COG Reinsurance Billing and the COG Reinsurance Settlements teams. Set individual and team goals and development planning across both towers.
