In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end process of structuring and closing asset-based finance transactions. You will work very closely with internal investment teams and external stakeholders to ensure transactions are executed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have significant experience structuring and executing private transactions.
