Job Summary The overall purpose of this position is to provide financial management for various Operating Units (OUs). The individual is responsible for the development of the budgets and forecasts as well as analyzing financial results, highlighting operational variances, identifying and resolving issues. The individual partners directly with OU leadership and staff to ensure proper fiscal control of revenue and expenses. They will interface directly with executive staff and volunteers. Additionally, they are responsible for driving ad-hoc projects and process improvements to support their client operations and financial reporting. This role reports to the Senior Director Business Finance. The incumbent is responsible for the major initiatives as a subject matter expert (SME) across supported OUs.
