The Enhanced Monitoring Accounts (EMA) department mitigates risk to the Credit Union by actively monitoring high-risk business accounts. EMA is an innovative banking program that specializes in high-risk business account monitoring, reporting, and compliance with State and Federal regulations. Maps Credit Union seeks an Assistant Manager of EMA Operations to assist the AVP of EMA Compliance in maintaining the organization’s Enhanced Monitoring Accounts (EMA) program. This position will directly manage a team of EMA Analysts and provide superior service to EMA banking members while remaining in strong compliance. The ideal person for this role is a collaborative leader who has strong organizational and analytical skills.
