Job Summary: The Information Technology Specialist role will provide daily hands-on support of systems and applications under the direction of the Director of IT. Essential Functions: • Administer end-user support and customer service as a team member of the IT Help Desk. • Perform hardware and software troubleshooting on Windows PCs • Microsoft 365 account administration and password management. • React and respond to security related notifications and incidents. • Execute technical instructions related to installing Windows operating systems and end user apps. • Assist in documenting processes, procedures, and IT training.
