Responsibilities A Transformer Repairman Foreman shall have all the qualifications required of a Journeyman Transformer Repairman and shall have sufficient additional technical knowledge to direct Transformer Repairmen in the performance of their duties. In addition, shall also direct and oversee transformer shop and logistics operations, including salvage, oil handling, testing, and environmental compliance as determined by the Company.
