Primary IT support resource for PC/Server, Microsoft Office Applications and Desktop clients. Use standard monitoring solution and gather feedback from users.  Analyze system issues and provides solutions if possible. Escalates system issues to IT Manager or to Group/Corporate IT. Provides support on off shifts and weekends via telephone, VPN, and onsite if necessary for critical issues.  Use corporate help desk process for support or services escalation.
