Position Title: Nurse - Physican's Clinic Location: Owensboro, KY 42301 Description: Description Job Summary: Provides direct clinical and medical services to persons served in an outpatient Physician and APRN office. Responsible for medication management and documentation and Patient Communications and Information. Essential Functions:  Practices within the scope of nursing as outline by KY State Board of Nursing. Maintains current KY state nursing license and CPR. Maintains and updates client’s medications record to reflect medications used and to monitor for potential adverse effects. Documents all medication activity in the client record. Requests KASPERS as directed by Physician. Obtains KASPERS as directed by Physician and forwards results to requesting provider for review and signature.
