HR Systems Analyst II Summary The HR Systems Analyst II has advanced knowledge of the HR (People) systems and related processes. This includes the HCM/HRIS and other People related systems. The primary responsibilities for the Analyst II include progressive support, administration, maintenance, configuration, securities, and data integrity of the HR systems. Other areas of support include upgrades, refreshes, implementations and integrations with other HR and company systems. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists other subject matter experts with solutioning. Additional focus for this position includes moderate to complex reporting writing/solutions and analyzing data flows to suggest process improvement opportunities utilizing automation.
