Under the direction of the IT Director, the IT Support Technician, will provide user assistance with problems related to the use of company technology while maintaining compliance with defined company policies regarding the use of technology. Qualifications Associate’s degree in a technology related field is required. Two (2) years of experience of general computer installation, maintenance and troubleshooting repair experience is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed. Apple (Mac), A+, Network+ or Microsoft Certifications are preferred. LANs and WANs experience is preferred. Experience working in non-profit is preferred.
