As an Advance Project Engineer, you will be the leader of a software team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance for multiple parallel projects, working closely with Project Engineers from other groups and the Program Managers. You will partner with the technical resource managers, assist with staffing, and be the primary focal for program cost, schedule, and technical issue coordination and escalation. You will lead prioritization of work packages, design goals and objectives, and drive overall program performance. You will work with the team that brings the electronics hardware up and provides the low-level embedded software to the application team.
