Description:
The Project Coordinator supports Project Managers and the Program Management Office (PMO) by coordinating day-to-day project activities, maintaining schedules, tracking deliverables, managing documentation, and facilitating communication across cross-functional teams. This role plays a critical part in keeping projects organized, visible, and progressing in alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Responsibilities and Duties: Project & PMO Support Support Project and Program Managers in the planning, execution, tracking, and closeout of projects. Maintain project schedules, task lists, and milestone trackers to ensure alignment with approved plans. Coordinate resources, meetings, and communications across functional teams.
