The Program Coordinator coordinates project details, reporting, and other assigned tasks to support successful project execution. This role partners closely program leadership teams to promote best practices and supports the program leaders to ensure processes and practices align with established project management standards and provide appropriate project governance and control. The Program Coordinator is expected to support multiple project portfolios and help ensure project opportunities are properly managed. This position requires up to 50% travel for client/business needs.

Program Planning and Development
Develops and implements SOPs and program goals for federally funded grant programs to include setting milestones and deliverables
Evaluates program effectiveness and recommends improvements for compliance and efficiency
