BASIC FUNCTION The Information Technology Specialist has the responsibility of installing, testing, maintaining, and supporting all company provided computer hardware, software, peripherals, and systems, including patch management, asset inventory, security and monitoring, and the support of the phone system. Also, the position is responsible for answering IT tickets and calls from internal employees. MAJOR ACTIVITES 1) Providing PC hardware and software technical support to all WEOKIE users at all sites, support for LAN/WAN connectivity and other communications issues, and executing activities on approved projects. 2) Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of systems hardware and software related infrastructure.
