McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. POSITION SUMMARY The leader for this opportunity will be engaged with the estimating and preconstruction efforts for our self-perform activities. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to analyze, adjust, report, and present key performance indicators for common and specialty scopes within the drywall, framing, and carpentry discipline. This partner will create and foster a team environment, build trust, have a competitive spirit, skillfully negotiate, and identify risk mitigation strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare consistently accurate, detailed, quantity surveys. Independently prepare complete self-perform cost estimate packages for projects using applicable project plans, specifications and supporting documentation.
