Job Description The People Operations Specialist provides comprehensive support across Shared Services and Timekeeping. In collaboration with Payroll, People Operations Business Partners, IT, and leadership, the Shared Services Specialist delivers centralized support, ensuring consistent, compliant service, resolving employee inquiries, and driving process improvements across Shared Services operations. Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of experience in timekeeping, payroll operations, or HR shared services.
