Position Title: IT Business Continuity Manager Location: Omaha, NE, United States Description: This position requires extensive collaboration and coordination across teams to successfully develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans, uphold related standards, and plan and execute disaster recovery (DR) exercises. Responsibilities: Serve as a liaison and support the implementation of the Operational Resilience Risk Oversight plan across all areas of BHE IT, ensuring standardization of IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR) and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs). Assist in creating Business Impact Analysis (BIA) plan templates and related documentation. Coordinate BIA activities across affiliates, update Recovery Time Objectives (RTO), Recovery Point Objectives (RPO), and Tier classifications.
