Role Overview:
The Specialist, Enterprise Navigator Program (Sales & Marketing) is a member of Brother's Enterprise Navigator Program (Sales & Marketing), a rotational program designed to provide an immersive, cross-functional experience across Brother's multiple business units. This program enables participants to gain broad exposure, develop critical business skills, and contribute meaningful value across the organization. In this role, the Specialist completes 3-6 month rotations supporting various teams, including sales, product, channel, and customer experience. Through these rotations, the Specialist provides project-based and operational support, particularly during periods of transition, growth, or strategic change.
