Position Title: IT Support Technician I Description Job Overview The IT Support Technician I provides hardware and software support to users of the companys personal computers and local area network. Focuses on hardware, operating system, connectivity, technical and support issues. Key Responsibilities Own the full employee lifecycle IT support process, including onboarding, offboarding, and role changes, in close coordination with HR and Security. Administer Identity & Access Management (IAM) across systems, including Active Directory, VPN access, RBAC, email, and business applications (both Saas and On premises), ensuring leastprivilege access and compliance. Execute securitysensitive termination workflows, including immediate access revocation, device recovery coordination, and audit-ready documentation.
