The Program Manager I is responsible for the execution and management of the Inclusion and Engagement Workforce Development student training initiatives serving Boston high school, college students, and alumni of the program. Reporting to the Sr. Program Manager, this role involves the oversight of day-to-day administrative functions and operations including marketing, recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and curriculum development. The Program Manager is responsible for the coordination and implementation of professional development and college readiness curriculum including academic and career advising for students and alumni engagement efforts.
