The Systems Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting daily operational systems, reporting, and internal technical workflows across the business. This position serves as a bridge between operations, finance, and internal systems by assisting with reporting, system maintenance, and HelpDesk support.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Provide day-to-day support for business systems and operational tools.
Assist with internal HelpDesk requests and basic troubleshooting needs.
Prepare and maintain reports to support operational and financial visibility.
Support system workflows, data accuracy, and process consistency across teams.
Assist with monthly reporting and other recurring business support activities.
Help maintain internal systems, contact lists, and communication tools.
Assist with monitoring and responding to live chat inquiries through the company website.
