This position will be a member of the Modern Work / Data & AI practice as a Senior Modern Work Engineer II. The incumbent be a key technical contributor in Microsoft AI and Microsoft 365 projects, focusing on backend development, leveraging custom development, database, Power Platform, and deep SharePoint knowledge to delight our customers and help them build new solutions/solve challenging business problems. Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions: Charge hour expectation of 1,450 hours annually; balanced between billable and presales efforts. Provide 2-4 hours/week of support for project and escalated incident management tickets for current customers with focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
